Welcome McEwen Lumber Company opened in Orlando, Fl in 1968 and constructed the building where we currently operate in 1975. McEwen was purchased by Hood Industries in 1995 and we now operate as Hood Distribution/McEwen Group. We are one of the oldest hardwood lumber distributors in the Orlando area. It is our commitment to service and quality that has enabled us to serve this market for nearly 40 years. The Orlando distribution yard has 60,000 square feet of enclosed warehouse space and includes an onsite rail spur. We carry a wide variety of hardwood lumber and plywood, architectural mouldings and building materials. The central Florida region is serviced from this branch with regularly scheduled delivery routes from Daytona Beach to Vero Beach, Ocala to Naples and all points in between. The greater Orlando and greater Tampa areas are each serviced daily (Monday through Friday) with two available trucks per metro area. We take pride in having one of the broadest inventories of hardwoods and related building products in the industry along with a knowledgeable and experienced staff. Download:
