Since 1899, the McEwen name has been known as being a leading distributor of quality hardwoods and specialty softwood products. As you review our various product groups, you will see that we offer a wide range of products focusing on the specialty millwork industry, along with cabinet and furniture manufacturers. In addition, some of our locations also are very active in supplying the retail lumber dealers with mouldings and clear softwoods such as redwood, fir, pine and cedar.

The McEwen Group of Hood Distribution now consists of 14 locations supported by 2 distribution centers. With access to inventory at these 16 locations, each branch has the capability to transfer those hard to find items and ship them to our customers locations within a few days. This service is very unique to our industry. For over 100 years, our customers have depended on us as a primary source for their special needs.
